THE GEAR (WATCHES & PENS)

1. Is the Titan watch actually "tough," or just plastic? It’s site-hardened. We use a high-impact polymer chassis and reinforced glass designed to handle the vibration of power tools and the occasional drop onto concrete.

2. Will concrete dust or mud kill the watch? No. All our watches are IP68 rated. Whether it’s bulldust, mud, or a sudden downpour, the internals are sealed tight. Just hose it off at the end of the shift.

3. How long does the battery actually last? You’ll get about 10–14 days of normal use on a single charge. You don't need another thing to remember to plug in every night.

4. Can I answer calls on the Titan while I’m working? Yes. You can take calls and see text alerts directly on your wrist, so you can leave your phone safe in the ute or the toolbox.

5. Is the Scribe-6 pen just a normal pen? Hardly. It’s made from aircraft-grade aluminum. It’ll write on wet timber, and the tungsten-carbide tip can shatter a window in an emergency. It’s a tool, not a stationary item.

6. What does "If you break it, we replace it" actually mean? Exactly what it says. If you’re wearing our gear on a job site and it fails or gets crushed, send us a photo. We’ll ship you a new one. No fine-print loopholes.

7. How long is the guarantee valid? You’re covered by the Gold Seal for 12 months from the date of purchase.

8. What if I just don't like it? If it’s not for you, send it back within 30 days in its original nick for a full refund. But once you see it handle a shift, you won't want to.

THE PATHFINDER & TRACKING

9. What is the Pathfinder? It’s a Bluetooth tracking tag. It’s about the size of a 50c piece. You clip it to your keys or hide it in your tool bag.

10. Do I need an app for the Pathfinder? Yes, it syncs with a simple app on your phone so you can "ping" your keys or see their last known location on a map.

11. Is the Pathfinder waterproof? It’s water-resistant (IP65), so it’ll handle a splash or a damp tool bag, but don't go swimming with it.

SHIPPING & ORDERS

12. How long does shipping take? We ship from [Your Location, e.g., Gold Coast]. Usually, it’s 2–5 business days depending on where your site is located in Australia.

13. Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers? Too right. We know most blokes aren't home during the day, so PO Boxes and Lockers are fine.

14. Can I buy just the watch and add the pen later? You can, but the Boar Squadron Loadouts are designed to save you about 15-20% compared to buying them separately.

TECHNICAL & COMPATIBILITY

15. Does the watch work with iPhone and Android? Yes. It syncs with both via the app. You get all your notifications regardless of what phone you’re running.

16. Does the watch have GPS built-in? The Titan and Vanguard use "Connected GPS" (it uses your phone's signal for mapping runs/walks), while the Pathfinder is used for tracking your physical gear.

17. Can I change the watch face? Yep. There are dozens of "Boar-themed" and digital faces to choose from in the app.
